Job Summary

A company is looking for an English (U.S. Native) AI Trainer & Evaluator (Remote, Hourly Contractor).

Key Responsibilities

• Generate content by writing prompts and model responses or recording voice samples for AI learning
• Annotate data by labeling and structuring documents to support AI training datasets
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, coherence, and cultural appropriateness

Required Qualifications

• Native speaker of American English, born and raised in the United States
• Strong editorial judgment in tone, punctuation, and cultural nuance
• Ability to identify and explain corrections for meaning drift and ambiguity
• Experience in fact-checking localized content using reliable sources
• Self-directed with the ability to deliver consistent quality across time zones
