English Farsi Linguist

Job Summary

Supporting quality assurance, translation, and editing needs within the Medical Insurance domain, the remote English Farsi Linguist will perform QA reviews, translate content, and validate client feedback while maintaining confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

• Perform QA review of previously delivered content for accuracy and consistency
• Translate and/or edit English content into Farsi as needed
• Validate client feedback related to medical insurance terminology and usage

Required qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in translation, editing, or QA
• Strong expertise in Medical Insurance and/or healthcare-related content
• Proven QA experience with the ability to assess linguistic quality and terminology
• Strong attention to detail and analytical review skills
• Ability to work with sensitive, escalated client feedback
