Job Summary
Detail-oriented and fluent in English, the part-time contract English Language Specialist will evaluate AI-generated outputs, document errors, and create precise annotations for multimodal AI systems in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Compare and evaluate subtle differences between AI-generated images and outputs
- Document errors in image outputs or annotations and annotate objects and actions in video content
- Write clear, publication-quality annotations while following detailed guidelines
Required qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in editing, technical writing, translation, journalism, data annotation, or similar detail-oriented roles
- Fluent in English with excellent grammar and an eye for nuance
- Comfortable following long and sometimes ambiguous guidelines
- Prior exposure to AI/ML annotation or evaluation work is a plus
- Enjoys deep-focus, detail-heavy problem-solving
