Job Summary
To support large-scale multilingual technology projects, the freelance English to Turkish MTPE & AI Translation Evaluator will review machine-translated content for accuracy and fluency, assess linguistic quality, and validate terminology while working remotely from a US, Canada, or Latin America time zone.
Key Responsibilities
- Review machine-translated and AI-generated Turkish content for accuracy, fluency, and usability
- Identify and classify translation errors according to established quality frameworks
- Verify adherence to approved terminology and style guides, ensuring consistency across software interfaces
Required Qualifications
- Native fluency in Turkish (Turkey) with excellent command of written English
- Minimum 5 years of professional freelance experience in software localization and MT evaluation
- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, Languages, Localization, or a related field
- Strong understanding of software localization workflows and industry best practices
