Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enhanced Case Management Coordinator III.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate reviews, referrals, and outreach for member engagement across Medical Management products
  • Document all member engagement accurately within the Microsoft CRM system
  • Manage escalated case management questions and collaborate with vendor partners to support members
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 3-5 years of administrative support experience required
  • Experience in patient-provider engagement and care coordination preferred
  • Understanding of medical terminology and basic benefit plan design terminology
  • Experience with claims auditing and case management processes preferred
