Enhanced Direct Enrollment Product Owner

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enhanced Direct Enrollment Product Owner to support a federal government healthcare program.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Product Owner for Enhanced Direct Enrollment (EDE) capabilities within a federal healthcare enrollment ecosystem
• Act as the primary liaison between development teams and business/program teams, ensuring alignment on scope, priorities, and delivery expectations
• Define, manage, and continuously prioritize the product roadmap for EDE functionality, balancing regulatory requirements, partner needs, and user experience improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8-12+ years of experience in product management or product ownership roles
• At least 5+ years of experience in healthcare, health insurance, or regulated government healthcare programs
• Demonstrated experience working on digital enrollment systems or consumer-facing healthcare platforms
• Proven experience supporting federal or state government IT programs, preferably in healthcare eligibility or enrollment domains
