Job Summary

A company is looking for a Triage RN to join the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform real-time symptom triage and provide educational care instructions to members
• Maintain monthly performance metrics and document accurately in compliance with policies
• Collaborate with members and stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery and resolve member complaints

Required Qualifications

• A nursing degree from an accredited college or university
• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse License in eNLC compact state
• 1+ years of clinical nursing experience in direct patient care or telephonic clinical care
• Experience in a telephonic clinical role is preferred
