eNLC Licensed Triage RN

Job Summary

To support members throughout their healthcare journey, the full-time salaried eNLC Licensed Triage RN will provide clinical expertise, perform symptom triage, and educate members on available resources in a 100% remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform real-time symptom triage and provide educational care instructions to members
• Maintain monthly performance metrics and accurately document interactions in compliance with established policies
• Collaborate with members and stakeholders to resolve gaps in care and enhance the member experience

Required qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited college, university, or school of nursing
• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse License in an eNLC compact state
• 1+ years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a telephonic clinical role
• Proficiency in Office Software and ability to work independently in a home office environment
• Willingness to obtain and maintain additional licenses as required within 18 months of employment
