Job Summary

To support members in navigating their healthcare experience, the full-time eNLC Licensed Triage RN will provide clinical expertise and tailored support remotely, performing symptom triage, health assessments, and member education while ensuring a smooth transition into their health plan.

Key responsibilities

• Perform real-time symptom triage and provide educational care instructions to members
• Maintain monthly performance metrics and document interactions accurately in compliance with policies
• Collaborate with members and healthcare teams to resolve gaps in care and enhance the member experience

Required qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited college, university, or school of nursing
• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse License in an eNLC compact state
• 1+ years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a telephonic clinical role
• Experience in direct patient care or telephonic clinical care is required
• Willingness to obtain additional licenses as required within 18 months of employment
