Enrich Systems Administrator

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Enrich Systems Administrator, this full-time remote position will manage the Enrich fleet maintenance platform, focusing on configuration, operational support, data quality, and user training while also providing secondary support for other Fleet Maintenance Systems as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary functional administrator for the Enrich platform, maintaining user accounts, roles, and configurations
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues related to repair orders, preventive maintenance, and inventory management
• Conduct data stewardship to ensure quality and consistency across various data sets and support testing and training initiatives

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with enterprise fleet maintenance or related applications, including hands-on Enrich experience
• Demonstrated expertise in application configuration, incident troubleshooting, and end-user training
• Working knowledge of fleet maintenance processes, including repair orders and inventory management
• Intermediate skills in reporting and data analysis using SQL, Excel, or similar tools
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
