Job Summary

A company is looking for a 2026 Enrollment Advisor (Closer).

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct 30-45 minute phone calls with prospects to follow a structured enrollment process
  • Identify prospect needs and present appropriate programs, handling objections empathetically
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene in HubSpot and actively participate in team culture and meetings
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in phone or Zoom sales
  • Experience selling high-ticket coaching, consulting, or education programs
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Must be based in North America with timezone alignment
  • Competitive, coachable, and driven by purpose
