Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Advisor to guide teacher intern candidates through the enrollment process in an alternative teaching program.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicates with candidates to assist with the application process and build rapport
• Utilizes sales techniques to encourage candidates to enroll in the program
• Maintains customer service standards while managing candidate progress and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a leading university or equivalent experience in an educational or administrative role
• 2 or more years of experience in a customer service or sales-oriented position
