Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Advisor I.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage prospective students via phone, text, and email throughout the enrollment process
• Guide students through initial enrollment steps and collaborate with Enrollment Specialists
• Document interactions and updates accurately in Salesforce

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in a team environment and familiarity with call center software
• Prior experience in education or consultative sales preferred
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and technologies, including CRM and Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment
