Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Advisor to guide applicants through the enrollment process for a treatment program.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide applicants through the enrollment process via phone calls, chat, and email
• Individually enroll applicants and achieve quarterly quotas
• Proactively suggest improvements to the enrollment process and maintain applicant communication

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service and inside sales experience, preferably in healthcare
• Ability to build relationships quickly over the phone and via email
• Excellent time management skills
• Experience working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Access to a fast and reliable internet connection
