Job Summary

A company is looking for a Student Enrollment Advisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing customers, providing guidance on product features and pricing
  • Drive revenue growth by closing new sales and identifying upselling opportunities
  • Engage with customers requesting cancellations or refunds to retain sales and address concerns
Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales or a similar customer-facing role
  • Proven ability to manage sales objections and retain customers
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general Windows-based tools
