Enrollment Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Advisor to guide teacher intern candidates through the enrollment process for an alternative teaching program.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicates with candidates to assist with the application process and build rapport
• Uses sales techniques to encourage candidates to enroll in the program
• Maintains customer service standards and manages tasks related to candidate enrollment progress

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a leading university or equivalent experience in an educational or administrative role
• 2 or more years of experience in a customer service or sales-oriented position
• Knowledge of certification requirements for multiple states
• Ability to establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
