Enrollment Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Advisor to facilitate prospective students through the application process for their chosen University.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective students via phone, email, or text regarding University programs
• Support students through the admissions and registration process to ensure they meet all requirements
• Track student progress and communication using a database, while achieving daily performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in an outbound call center
• General knowledge of higher education and/or college admissions preferred
• Technically proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet sales targets
