Job Summary

Guiding prospective students through the enrollment process, the full-time remote Enrollment Advisor will manage communications, provide personalized guidance, and document interactions while collaborating with Enrollment Specialists to ensure a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage prospective students via phone, text, and email throughout all stages of the enrollment process
• Build rapport and guide students through initial enrollment steps, ensuring they receive personalized support
• Document all interactions and updates accurately in Salesforce while maintaining knowledge of university policies and programs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in a team environment and familiarity with call center software
• Prior experience in education or consultative sales preferred
• Proficiency in CRM, SIS, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, diverse environment while managing multiple priorities
