Job Summary
To drive the success of a high-ticket VIP Program, the full-time remote Enrollment Advisor will conduct sales calls, engage with prospects to convert them into clients, and manage a sales pipeline while consistently meeting performance targets.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled 45-minute Zoom enrollment calls to understand prospects' goals and needs
- Articulate the benefits of the WarriorBabe VIP Program and guide clients through the enrollment process
- Manage a pipeline of prospective clients, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate record-keeping in HubSpot
Required qualifications
- Proven track record in high-ticket sales, ideally with offers valued at $9,000 or more
- Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in a remote sales environment with proficiency in CRM and digital communication tools
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high-volume pipeline independently
- Knowledge of or strong interest in women's health, fitness, and nutrition
