Enrollment Advisor

Job Summary

To support the enrollment of teacher intern candidates in an alternative teaching program, the remote Enrollment Advisor will guide applicants through the enrollment process, utilize sales techniques to encourage participation, and maintain strong relationships with candidates across multiple states.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicates with candidates via phone, email, or live chat to assist with the application process and build rapport
• Utilizes sales techniques to highlight program features and encourage candidates to complete their enrollment
• Manages day-to-day tasks related to tracking candidate progress and ensuring accurate documentation of communication

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a leading university or equivalent experience in an educational or administrative role
• 2 or more years of experience in a customer service or sales-oriented position
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
