Enrollment Advisor

Job Summary

Owning a book of families in an assigned state territory, the full-time remote Enrollment Advisor will manage the enrollment process from initial contact through completion, ensuring timely task completion and providing personalized support to families.

Key responsibilities

• Make first contact within minutes of a family signing up and run a structured 45-day enrollment cadence
• Drive completion of enrollment tasks and host live walkthroughs for families needing assistance
• Maintain accurate data in HubSpot and build knowledge of state-specific program rules and deadlines

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in a phone-forward role such as inside sales, admissions, or enrollment
• Experience managing a CRM effectively and logging all interactions
• Strong writing skills for clear and concise communication via text and email
• Ability to handle seasonal volume spikes without compromising process
• Demonstrated ownership and commitment to helping families navigate the enrollment process
