Enrollment Advisor

Job Summary

Guiding prospective students through the enrollment journey, the full-time remote Enrollment Advisor will manage communications, assist in decision-making, and ensure a seamless enrollment experience while maintaining accurate documentation in Salesforce.

Key responsibilities:

• Proactively engage with prospective students via phone, text, and email throughout the enrollment process
• Build rapport and guide students through initial enrollment steps, collaborating with Enrollment Specialists
• Accurately document all interactions and updates in Salesforce while managing the Inquiry to Enrollment process

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in a team environment and familiarity with call center software
• Prior experience in education or consultative sales preferred
• Proficiency in CRM, SIS, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
