Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst, Enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and maintain member enrollment records and health plan documentation
• Provide customer service by addressing enrollment questions and resolving issues for members and employers
• Compile reports on enrollment statistics and assist with projects related to enrollment analysis

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Business or equivalent experience
• Preferred 3-5 years of relevant experience
