Enrollment Analyst - ACA

Job Summary

To support the enrollment team in a remote full-time capacity, the Enrollment Analyst - ACA will manage weekly enrollment files, process Medicare applications, and ensure compliance with CMS regulations while contributing to training programs for enrollment specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and process member enrollment applications, ensuring accurate and timely data entry
• Resolve enrollment discrepancies and maintain accurate member records to enhance the member experience
• Participate in system testing and develop training resources for new hires within the enrollment team

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Three years of experience in medical or institutional data entry
• Two years of experience with Medicare eligibility and enrollment processing
• Three years of customer service experience
• Familiarity with ACA/Marketplace enrollment processing and CMS regulations
