Enrollment Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Associate to manage recruitment and enrollment strategies for prospective students.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage outbound and inbound communication with prospective students via calls, emails, and messages
• Assess prospective students' interests and educational goals to facilitate a smooth transition to Enrollment Advisors or Graduate Program Directors
• Utilize a consultative sales framework to convert inquiries into qualified leads while providing excellent customer service

Required Qualifications

• Considerable knowledge of computer technology and data entry, preferably with a CRM system and contact center technology
• Some understanding of consultative coaching principles, including active listening and goal clarification
• Strong customer service and consultative sales skills
• Ability to learn and utilize student enrollment technologies effectively
• Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
