Enrollment Associate

Job Summary

To support a growing enrollment team, the full-time temporary Enrollment Associate will engage with prospective students by providing exceptional customer service, managing inquiries, and offering detailed information about admissions processes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Generate rapport with prospective students and meet key performance indicators through excellent customer service
• Act as a subject matter expert to provide consultation and overcome objections during enrollment discussions
• Manage inbound inquiries, ensuring accurate information is gathered and transactions are processed effectively

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
• One year of call center or customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
• Prior experience in higher education or consultative sales is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Proficiency in using computers and learning new software applications quickly
