Enrollment Associate

Job Summary

Providing support to prospective students, the full-time remote Enrollment Associate will manage inbound and outbound calls and chat inquiries, offering product and service information while facilitating the enrollment process through effective communication and relationship-building.

Key responsibilities

• Generate rapport with prospective students by delivering excellent customer service and meeting key performance indicators
• Act as a subject matter expert to provide consultations and overcome objections during enrollment discussions
• Accurately gather and verify information, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up with inquiries

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
• One year of call center or customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
• Prior experience in higher education or consultative sales is a plus
• Strong understanding of UMass Global and its programs
• Aptitude for learning new software applications quickly
