Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Coach responsible for guiding prospective students through the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert prospective students from inquiry to registration while maintaining high customer service standards
• Act as the primary contact for prospective students, assisting them in navigating the enrollment process
• Maintain accurate records of prospective students in the CRM and provide feedback to the enrollment team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1 to 3 years of experience in admissions, coaching, customer experience, or sales
• Experience maintaining accurate records in a CRM or similar database
• Ability to work autonomously and achieve enrollment targets
• Flexibility to thrive in a dynamic and evolving organization
