Enrollment Coach

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Coach to support prospective students through the inquiry, application, and admission phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert prospective students from inquiry to registration while utilizing a consultative sales approach
• Serve as the primary contact for prospective students, guiding them through the enrollment process
• Maintain accurate records of prospective students in the CRM and provide feedback to the enrollment team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• One to three years of experience in admissions, coaching, customer experience, or sales
• Experience maintaining records in a CRM or student database
• Ability to work autonomously and meet enrollment targets
• Strong technical skills with an aptitude for learning new software applications quickly
