Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Coach to support prospective students through their inquiry, application, and admission phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert prospective students from inquiry to registration while utilizing a consultative sales approach
• Serve as the primary contact for prospective students, guiding them through the enrollment process
• Maintain accurate records of prospective students in the CRM and provide feedback on student barriers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1 to 3 years of experience in admissions, coaching, customer experience, or sales
• Experience maintaining accurate records in a CRM or student databases
• Ability to work autonomously and achieve enrollment results
• Comfortable being measured on enrollment targets and performance metrics
