Enrollment Coach

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Coach I to support prospective students through their inquiry, application, and admission process.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert prospective students from inquiry to registration while utilizing a consultative sales approach
• Serve as the primary contact for prospective students, guiding them through the enrollment process
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide feedback to the Enrollment team regarding student issues and barriers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• One to three years of experience in admissions, coaching, customer experience, or sales
• Experience maintaining accurate records in a CRM or student database
• Strong technical and computer skills with an aptitude for learning new software quickly
• Ability to work autonomously and achieve enrollment results
