Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Coach I to support prospective students through the inquiry, application, and admission phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert prospective students from inquiry to registration while utilizing a consultative sales approach
• Serve as the primary contact for prospective students, guiding them through the enrollment process
• Advise on suitable programs and maintain accurate records in the CRM for outreach management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• One to three years of experience in admissions, coaching, customer experience, or sales
• Experience maintaining records in a CRM or student database
• Strong technical and computer skills with a willingness to learn new software applications
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, achieving enrollment targets
