Job Summary

Supporting prospective students through their inquiry and admission process, the full-time remote Enrollment Coach will utilize a consultative sales approach to facilitate enrollment, provide program guidance, and maintain high customer service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Convert prospective students from inquiry through registration while utilizing consultative sales techniques
• Serve as the primary contact for prospective students, guiding them through the enrollment process
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide feedback to the Enrollment team regarding student challenges

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1 to 3 years of experience in admissions, coaching, customer experience, or sales
• Experience with CRM systems and maintaining accurate records
• Ability to work autonomously and meet enrollment targets
• Familiarity with consultative sales processes
