Job Summary

A company is looking for a PLADS Enrollment Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of enrollment growth strategies across products and distribution channels
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to drive enrollment initiatives and improve customer engagement outcomes
• Assist in creating enrollment materials and analyze in-force book of business for growth opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• 5 or more years of job-related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of the insurance industry, including products and terminology
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Pro, and Salesforce
• Experience in strategic enrollment and employee-paid plans preferred
