Enrollment Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Coordinator to assist individuals experiencing opioid dependence through the enrollment process for telemedicine-based treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for individuals interested in medication-assisted treatment (MAT)
• Conduct phone intakes, verify insurance coverage, and schedule appointments for new patients
• Maintain clear communication with patients and update the CRM to track enrollment progress

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of administrative experience in a healthcare environment
• Experience in a call center and insurance verification
• Familiarity with EHRs and CRMs is preferred
• Prior experience working with individuals experiencing substance use dependency is preferred
• Proficiency in using technology systems such as Google Workspace and Slack
