Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Coordinator to manage the enrollment of health plan members into the CKD program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to engage and educate members on the CKD program and its benefits
  • Meet or exceed enrollment and engagement goals while ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Determine eligibility for plan members and obtain necessary information for enrollment completion
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in patient support, customer service, call center, or sales
  • Strong track record of meeting performance goals
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to work Monday - Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM Central Time
  • Positive and compassionate professional approach, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
