Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Coordinator to educate and assist prospective members with health insurance enrollment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Educate prospective members on benefits, services, and enrollment processes
• Conduct outreach and marketing efforts to generate enrollments in the local community
• Assist members with accessing healthcare services and ensure compliance with enrollment policies

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of marketing, sales, or community relations experience
• Previous managed care experience is preferred
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Experience in outbound call centers is advantageous
