Enrollment Coordinator

Job Summary

To support individuals experiencing opioid dependence, the full-time remote Enrollment Coordinator will guide patients through the enrollment process, initiate connections with healthcare providers, and maintain effective communication throughout the patient journey.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for individuals interested in medication-assisted treatment (MAT)
• Conduct phone intakes to assess eligibility and schedule appointments based on provider availability
• Update patient progress in the CRM and coordinate with care teams for seamless treatment transitions

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Previous experience in a call center and insurance verification
• Familiarity with EHRs and CRMs is highly preferred
• Experience working with individuals experiencing substance use dependency is preferred
• Proficient in modern technology systems, including Google Workspace
