Job Summary
Supporting enrollment and registration processes for multiple educational institutions, the full-time remote Enrollment Coordinator will recruit and onboard families and students, assist with training the enrollment team, and act as a liaison between prospective families and educational staff.
Key responsibilities
- Provide superior customer service and support to current and prospective families through various communication methods
- Assist with re-enrollment training and processes for the enrollment team while representing the educational institutions as the initial point of contact
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with remote team members and community organizations to support enrollment events
Required qualifications
- Bilingual candidate preferred
- Ability to work PST hours and adapt to a remote environment
- Strong proficiency in using multiple software programs, including MS Office and CRM systems
- Must pass federal, state, and local background checks as required by the state
- Experience in customer service or educational settings is preferred
