Job Summary

Collaborating with the Enrollment Strategy Manager, the full-time remote Enrollment Coordinator will deliver high-quality enrollment experiences for broker partners and clients, managing timelines and coordinating efforts across the Benefits division to drive successful Voluntary enrollments.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and manage timelines for the enrollment process in partnership with the Enrollment Strategy Manager
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project milestones are met
  • Support the development of client-specific enrollment materials and strategies to enhance participation rates
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • 2-5 years of experience with group benefits products
  • Proficiency with Smartsheet strongly preferred
  • Excellent organizational, presentation, and project management skills
  • Strong digital literacy
