Job Summary
Collaborating with the Enrollment Strategy Manager, the full-time remote Enrollment Coordinator will deliver high-quality enrollment experiences for broker partners and clients, managing timelines and coordinating efforts across the Benefits division to drive successful Voluntary enrollments.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage timelines for the enrollment process in partnership with the Enrollment Strategy Manager
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project milestones are met
- Support the development of client-specific enrollment materials and strategies to enhance participation rates
Required qualifications
- High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- 2-5 years of experience with group benefits products
- Proficiency with Smartsheet strongly preferred
- Excellent organizational, presentation, and project management skills
- Strong digital literacy
