Enrollment Coordinator

Job Summary

To support the growth of a telehealth platform, the full-time Enrollment Coordinator will engage prospective patients through outreach, guide them through the enrollment process, and utilize data to track outcomes while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage and assist prospective patients interested in Ophelia's care program
• Guide patients into care using a patient-centered and trauma-informed approach
• Conduct outreach and follow-up calls to re-engage prospective patients

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a client-, customer-, or patient-facing role
• Comfortable with outreach via phone, including cold calls and follow-ups
• Technical savvy in navigating a remote, tech-enabled work environment
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, startup setting
• Data-minded with the ability to track outreach and enrollment outcomes
