Enrollment Counselor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Counselor - Global Online Enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide prospective adult students through the admissions process using counseling and sales techniques
• Utilize marketing and inside sales techniques to attract students to Christian online higher education
• Achieve and exceed monthly enrollment goals while maintaining effective relationships within the University community

Required Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in college/university admissions, sales, or related fields; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Demonstrated ability to achieve enrollment goals and utilize educational enrollment techniques
• Experience with Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project; admissions software experience preferred
• Ability to work effectively as a team member and independently
• Commitment to the mission and values of the organization, including a strong Christian faith
