Enrollment Counselor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Counselor for the Global Online Enrollment Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide prospective adult students through the admissions process using counseling and sales techniques
• Utilize marketing and inside sales techniques to attract students to online Christian higher education
• Achieve and exceed monthly enrollment goals while maintaining effective relationships within the team

Required Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in college admissions, sales, marketing, or related fields
• Demonstrated ability to achieve enrollment goals and experience with telesales preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and admissions software preferred
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
