Enrollment Counselor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Counselor-Northeast, TX.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual and in-person admission appointments, interviews, and information sessions
• Manage an assigned territory or program portfolio to meet or exceed enrollment key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Represent the university at recruitment events, college fairs, and campus visit days, with some travel required

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of two years of experience as an Enrollment Counselor II or three years of equivalent higher education enrollment experience
• Strong commitment to the institution's Christian values and community lifestyle standards
• Willingness to work evenings and/or weekends for events and peak recruitment periods
