Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Counselor - Global Online Enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide prospective adult students through the admissions process using counseling and sales techniques
• Achieve and exceed monthly enrollment goals through effective follow-up and persuasive communication
• Collaborate with team members and report on recruiting activities to ensure alignment with departmental goals

Required Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in admissions, sales, public relations, or related fields
• Ability to work a set schedule including evenings and weekends as needed
• Demonstrated success in achieving enrollment goals and utilizing enrollment techniques
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and admissions software preferred
• Commitment to the university's mission and values, including a personal faith in Jesus Christ
