Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Counselor to advise and support students throughout the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Enroll new students into University programs and retain them through the term start
• Conduct regular outreach to prospective students via phone, email, and text
• Document all activities and communications related to student interactions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college/university
• Two years of experience in higher education enrollment or a closely related industry/sales role
