Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Counselor to serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide prospective students through their educational and professional goals and the enrollment process
• Drive performance outcomes by converting inquiries to applicants and ensuring a supportive service experience
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless enrollment experience

Required Qualifications

• Considerable experience with PC-related software and information systems, including CRM systems
• Some student services experience in a higher education setting
• Some knowledge of consultative coaching principles and practices in college student services
• Experience providing consultative coaching and customer service to non-traditional students
• Experience within a college admissions office is a plus
