Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Counselor to recruit and support prospective students through the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct prospective student interviews and match college benefits to their needs
• Maintain consistent contact with prospective students while providing high-level customer service
• Document all student interactions using CRM and adhere to compliance regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years of enrollment experience
• Knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to develop professional rapport with prospective students
• Knowledge of Campus Management products is strongly preferred
