Enrollment Counselor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Counselor to advise and support students throughout the enrollment cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Enroll new students into University programs and retain them from registration through term start
• Conduct outreach to prospective students via phone, email, and text as per departmental expectations
• Document all activities and communications related to student interactions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college/university
• Two years of experience in higher education enrollment or a closely related industry/sales role
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software, preferably Salesforce
• Experience with sales-related skills
• Ability to work in a fully remote environment
