Enrollment Counselor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Counselor - Global Online Enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide prospective adult students through the admissions process using counseling and sales techniques
• Achieve and exceed monthly enrollment goals through effective follow-up and persuasive communication
• Collaborate with team members to maintain effective working relationships and contribute to overall department goals

Required Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in college/university admissions, sales, or related fields
• Ability to work daily from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM Mountain Time, including a Saturday shift on a 6-week rotation
• Demonstrated ability to achieve enrollment goals and utilize proven enrollment techniques
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and admissions software preferred
• Commitment to the mission and values of the organization, including a strong Christian faith
